Supporting Your Journey: The Kubert School’s Student Services

Placement Career Services – Under the supervision of the Academic Supervisor, it provides employment assistance to students, graduates and alumni alike. They also maintain and update alumni placement records.

Advising and Counseling Services – Under the supervision of the School Administrator and the Academic Supervisor, this department provides academic advice and life counseling to current students. It also provides contact information to the students to a nearby mental health clinic.

Student Records Services – Under the supervision of the School Administrator, the Registrar and the Admissions Officer, it maintains current student academic and financial records. They also provide and mail out copies of student transcripts.

Student Complaints Services – Under the supervision of the School Administrator and the Academic Supervisor, it handles student complaints as per the NJDOL Complaint/Grievance Procedure outlined below:

STUDENT COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

If a student does not feel that the school has adequately addressed a complaint or concern, the student may consider contacting the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development (NJDOL). The student must submit a written complaint form to the NJDOL. A copy of the NJDOL Complaint Form is available at the School and may be obtained by contacting the Main Office.
